10 years of experience with many costly mistakes made who we are today. Our QC team is specially trained to find out made-up goods, hidden defects of many types and mildew issues. Every piece is checked one by one.
Our long-term employed QC heads are experienced professional. We hire Ex SGS guys as QC workers and we train them with our own unique knowledge that we have learned in years. Our guys are trained to find out hidden issues from so-called "intact merchandise". A strong QC control has been our success secret.
When we started our business, we used many 3rd party finishing units and had immense issues with quality. In the year 2014 we built our own finishing centre with all modern machines necessary. We are able to change buttons, rivets, shanks, label, zipper and all other necessary items professionally and in-house.
We are real maniacs with quality, because that is all and its a big deal. We check our goods two times, piece by piece. We guarantee our buyers less than 1% quality issue. We have a huge space with workforce to be able to handle our goods optimally.
We have a local setup to get rid of the B-grade goods, these goods are widely exported to many LDC countries. We are not forced to pile up garbage in our deals and spoil our reputation. We also welcome 3rd party inspection teams in our premises at all times.
Bangladesh is a tropical country with a very humid environment. Goods are prone to catch wet moldy smell due to improper storage. We wash and iron our goods just before shipment to make sure they are smell free at all times and we store them in our own ventilated warehouse with optimum exhausts.
Deals are never ironed by any suppliers from Bangladesh, they are treated as "deals", we treat them as value that goes to retail shelves. We have been retailers many years so we are aware of chargebacks. We always make sure that our goods look nice and fresh at all times and compared with fresh engineered merchandise
We pack our goods in hard 7 ply cartons delivered from our inspected and nominated suppliers. We are not cheap in packaging and we throw in dozens of silica gel sachets in each carton for optimum humid control.
We get very special prices from several forwarders due to the volume and relationship that we built in years. We dont make commission from them and gladly work with buyers nominated forwarders as well. We are able to get the best cutoff time at the port to be able to load goods in the container at last moment.
