Measured lightly. Never sold.
We run our own analytics — a self-hosted copy of Umami on our infrastructure. It is cookieless: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising networks. We see only aggregate, non-identifying signals — which pages are viewed, where visits arrive from, an approximate region, and the kind of device or browser. Counts, not profiles.
To understand how the site is actually used, we record a small sample — roughly one session in seven — of anonymous visits. These recordings are masked (anything you type into a form is hidden), capped at five minutes, stored on our own infrastructure, and never shared or sold.
Details you send through the contact or subscribe forms are used only to reply, and — if you ask — to let you know when new lots land. We never sell or rent your information.
Write to the desk through the contact page to ask a question, opt out, or ask us to delete anything we hold. A browser “Do Not Track” setting or an ad-blocker will also stop the analytics.
This notice describes how we measure the site. It is not a full legal policy.
